The Jubilee Committee from the Grace Congregational Church in Rutland will be hosting a gun forum in Rutland at the Rutland Free Library located on Center St. in Rutland,Vt.The event will take place on Tuesday, October 28,starting at 7:00 p.m.These people are affiliated with Gun Sense Vermont and will be discussing why they believe more gun control laws are needed in Vermont.
