On June 29th, 2015 Darryl was the victim of a vicious crime that has left him clinging to life. He is currently in the ICU after being shot three times. He was shot twice in the face, and once to the abdomen. His wife and family has been at his bedside throughout, while he fights to survive. He has gone through countless surgeries to repair the extensive damage to his abdomen and jaw, and still faces many more. His road to recovery is going to long, hard, and very expensive.
