The Orleans County State's attorney said that Peter Lavalette, 49, was charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of George Kouzoujian, 61, of New York, at the victim's second home in Westfield, VT.
Kouzoujian was shot multiple times in the head. The crime was committed sometime in June 2013, but not discovered until July the same year.

NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
