ALBANS, Vt. - A St. Albans man is facing charges for allegedly pistol-whipping another man. Police say the victim and a female friend went to Logan Pratt's home to retrieve an ipad when they say Pratt came out of the home and smashed the windshield of their car with the butt of a handgun. A fight ensued and police say Pratt hit the other man in the head with the gun several times. Logan Pratt is again in the news on 11/24/2015 for shooting out the door of a business in St. Albans, breaking into cars, and breaking into a police car and stealing police items to use for impersonation of an officer.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
