The case: In May, Rhonda Gray was granted a domestic violence protective order in New Hampshire against Troy Gray based on an incident that occurred at a campground in Haverhill, N.H. The Vermont State Police served the order on Troy Gray, but the order was later vacated at the request of Rhonda Gray by the Family Circuit Court in New Hampshire in June HE WAS NOT UNDER A RESTRAINING ORDER AT THE TIME OF SHOOTING. He had been released on conditions prohibiting him from harassing Rhonda Gray, from possessing weapons and from entering the home at 14 Sunrise Drive. LAWS DO NOT PROTECT PEOPLE.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
