'VT Gun Incident': 9/1 Burlington Early morning shootout in the North End sends 2 men to the hospital. Multiple shots were fired.

Details: 23 year old Michael Brooks, of South Burlington, shot a unidentified 28 year old male from Brooklyn, NH around 4am.
Brooks himself was also wounded in the fight, and both men were treated at Fletcher Allen for non-life threatening injuries.
Witnesses heard approximately eight shots.
Brooks is a CONVICTED FELON with a previous history of drug and assault charges, and led police on a high speed chase on a stolen motorcycle (fourth story link) in July.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
