Details: Following an altercation in a restaurant, 42 year old John Baran threatened a customer, then left the scene to return minutes later with a gun.
When the customer did not exit the building, Baran fired the gun into the air.
He is facing disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment charges.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
