Details: Police state, that a couple cut in front of a St. Albans man, Jason Gagne, 36, at the Kingman Street intersection, then he started tailgating and harrasing them, then finally pointed a gun at them. Police arrested Gagne and charged him with reckless endangerment, assault and driving under the influence (this was his fourth offense). |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
