Details: Police state, that a couple cut in front of a St. Albans man, Jason Gagne, 36, at the Kingman Street intersection, then he started tailgating and harrasing them, then finally pointed a gun at them.
Police arrested Gagne and charged him with reckless endangerment, assault and driving under the influence (this was his fourth offense).
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
