Details: Part of a string of FIVE robberies ("Duct Tape Bandit") most likely carried out by the same man, Lee Jay Manning, who was indicted on 2/12/2014.
He was also charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime while being a convicted felon.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
