Details: NEW YORK resident breaks into VT home and assaults his ex-wife in FEBRUARY (He was APPREHENDED in April - which generated ANOTHER GunSense entry).
Charles P. Kendall, 44, from Whitehall, NEW YORK, broke into his ex-wife's home and attacked her while she slept on February 15, 2014.
He choked her, and held her down while pointing a gun at her.
He was arrested two days later in Whitehall, New York.
He faces felony counts of first-degree aggravated domestic assault, burglary, unlawful restraint and violation of an abuse prevention order.
In New York it is already a violation of the Restraining Order to be in possession of firearms.
