Details: Two NEW YORK residents, Frank Jenkins (crack/heroin drug bust in 2011 $30k), 20, and Daquane Lawrence, 21, and a 16 year old Vermont girl, Maria Lerimas, were arrested for transporting heroin and illegal drugs.
A firearm was found in the vehicle.
The article did not state WHO was the owner of the firearm, but if the people from NY were not legal gun owners, they can be held on weapons charges.
GunSense words it so that they were trafficking the firearm.
PROBLEM: This is not a firearm crime, but a DRUG TRAFFICKING REPEAT OFFENDER dealing drugs in Vermont.
Jenkins has been busted TWICE in Vermont for trafficking drugs. Why is this person still on the streets?
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
