Details: According to the Bennington Banner, "Nikolaus Trombley, 25, pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Vermont Superior Court to two counts of aggravated domestic assault and one count of misdemeanor domestic assault. He was released on conditions that he not contact the woman and check in daily at the Manchester Police Station."
No mention of firearms or shooting at houses in the Vermont State Police press release, nor the Bennington Banner article.
