Details: A violent assault on a homeowner with a CO2 powered BB gun may land Rutland resident, Roosevelt M. Norris, 44, in jail for up to THIRTY-FIVE YEARS! Charges, according to the Rutland Herald report, include: "assault and robbery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault with a weapon." Norris not only fired BBs at the victim, but when he knocked the victim down, he jumped on top of him and beat him with the BB gun in the head and ribs. While this was an extremely violent attack, it is NOT a FIREARM incident. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
