Details: A Vermont man, James Henderson II, a passenger in a F150 was arrested in New York and taken to the Erie County jail after a road rage incident between a Canadian driver who was cut off and threw a can of soda at the Vermont vehicle. Henderson fired a handgun into the air and was arrested in Evans NY on charges of "2nd degree criminal possession of a weapon, 3rd degree criminal possession of a weapon, first degree reckless endangerment, second degree menacing and fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon" per the WIVB article. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
