Details: 30 year old Justin Roberts was found with a gunshot wound to the neck at the Budget Inn in Barre. 24 year old Marcus Stone was immediately arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. A witness said Stone fired the handgun after Roberts pointed his gun at an infant and demanded money. While some of the money was from drug sales, the shooting was initially claimed as self defense. According to court documents, Roberts fled before being chased and shot by Stone. Interestingly enough, the robbery and shooting took place a few hundred feet from the police station... |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
