Details: Kyle Lamothe, 22, of Fair Haven, was arrested in Rutland for firing shots into the air near Two Shea's Bar on Wales Street.
He was in possession of a loaded 9 mm handgun and marijuana, with a blood alcohol content 3x the legal limit for driving. He was NOT operating a motor vehicle.
He was charged with charges of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.
