Under the influence of "Molly" (a form of ecstacy), Gingras spiked Ladonna Merriman's drink and began the bizarre series of events that led to Merriman suffering a broken back, broken ribs and a punctured lung, when he convinced her to jump off a cliff.
Gingras "borrowed" a friend's rifle (as protection from the bear) as his friend went for help, and fired it into an abandoned vehicle.
More drug use and criminal activities in Vermont, but the gun takes center stage in the GunSense parade.

UPDATE: 9/14/2015.
Now that the victim has died of unrelated causes, this dirtbag is trying to get out of the attempted murder charge.

NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
