Details: Henry Ecker-Racz (25) of Glover was charged for Violation of Conditions of Release, after someone called police to report the sound of a gun shot and a woman screaming in Derby on July 4th. Police did NOT find a firearm. Ecker-Racz has a long history of fraud and burglary charges going back to 2008, but no firearms charges. |
