Details: Henry Ecker-Racz (25) of Glover was charged for Violation of Conditions of Release, after someone called police to report the sound of a gun shot and a woman screaming in Derby on July 4th.
Police did NOT find a firearm.
Ecker-Racz has a long history of fraud and burglary charges going back to 2008, but no firearms charges.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
