Details: January 2016 UPDATE Juan "Chino" Rodriguez was a former LATIN KINGS GANG MEMBER! So much for the Gun Sense lies about law-abiding Vermonters committing crimes. Police arrested Cabot resident, Juan Rodriguez (46), in connection with a shooting in St Johnsbury after he turned himself in to police. Police state that Rafael Rodriguez (no relation) was shot in the "rear end" (known to most adults as the gluteus maximus - Really, WCAX?) The event was later reported as a "drive-by-shooting" and was over a $300 debt. Rodriguez pleaded not guilty to the charge of attempted murder in the shooting. Juan Rodriguez has multiple felony convictions for: Heroin delivery, sale of narcotics and possession of heroin. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
