Details: Shane Brodeur, 26, shot his girlfriend, Katelyn McFadden, 20, then committed suicide at his home in Townshend.
McFadden was rushed to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H., where she later died.
Brodeur had called 9-1-1 and was requesting assistance in the domestic dispute between them. Both parties were shot before police could arrive.
As stated by GunSense-aligned child psychologist, Dr. Sean Ackerman, "It is far easier to remove a firearm than it is to cure mental illness", yet, treatment for mental illness is much needed, but the focus is always on firearms.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
