Details: Christopher Bailey, 20, (history of domestic abuse) had pointed a handgun at Amber Raymond, 26.
The handgun was stolen earlier that month, but recovered by police on the roof of a nearby building.
Situation: A youth breaks the law to steal a gun then breaks another law in threatening a woman with it.
Criminals will be criminals regardless of how many laws are passed or what the 'intention' of the law was when passed.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
