Details: Joseph Serrani, 53, was arrested on charges of two aggravated domestic assault charges, domestic assault, unlawful restraint and kidnapping. He apparently knocked the woman down, hit her with the rifle and choked her. Serrani has previous misdemeanors and a felony marijuana charge. In the police report, Prescott said that she tried to report the assault to state police, but was placed on hold several times and finally gave up! There you go people, when seconds count, 911 is useless! |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
