Details: Matthew E. Zwinge, 28, of Shaftsbury, was cited for reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and "causing noise in the night." Apparently, Zwinge was target shooting styrofoam cups, in the early morning hours while drinking. Bullets from his rifle impacted his neighbor's house causing damage to the walls and glassware collection. No one was hurt. |
