Details: Matthew E. Zwinge, 28, of Shaftsbury, was cited for reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and "causing noise in the night."
Apparently, Zwinge was target shooting styrofoam cups, in the early morning hours while drinking. Bullets from his rifle impacted his neighbor's house causing damage to the walls and glassware collection.
No one was hurt.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
