GOV Analysis:
GunSense Accuracy Level: False Claim: Unsubstantiated Report

Date: 10/4/2014Town: Montpelier
VT Resident?: UnknownLaw Abiding Citizen Prior to Incident: Unknown
Event Type: UnknownFirearm Crime: NONE
Injury Type: NONE
Actual Gun Use: UnknownGun Actually Fired: NO
Domestic Violence: NoSuicide: NO
Details: A random mentioning of "Barre Police Log" on an Aurora, CO, olivesoftware.com page?
Entry reads 'Oct. 4 Someone flashed a gun at a woman on North Main Street.'
Since there is no mention of this in any actual police log, nor any details released, it is unsubstantiated on an unknown website in another state. Even if in VT, a simple "report" is not grounds for an "incident".
GunSense is really pulling out the stops on the BS reporting.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
