Details: Wayne Dion, 66, and his wife, Jennie, were accused of using illegal hunting practices for nearly five years on their property. Vermont Fish & Wildlife had been investigating 66-year-old Wayne Dion and his wife Jennie for almost five years for allegedly running an elaborate deer poaching operation at their home in Irasburg. 2016 UPDATE: Dion and his wife will not go to jail, but were fined. Jennie Dion pleaded "no contest" to possessing big game. Wayne Dion also pleaded "no contest" for baiting deer and taking it out of season, but guilty for failure to tag deer. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
