Details: CONTINUED FROM PREVIOUS ENTRY: Kevin DeOliveira, 23, originally from New Jersey, was found in his home dead of a gunshot wound to the head over his left eye.
Police Chief Schirling says investigators have been investigating in both MASSACHUSETTS and NEW JERSEY, and finally found the suspect in TEXAS in June 2017!
Police have determined that DeOliveira was a cocaine supplier, and according to the feds, he was executed by another dealer, Richard Monroe, who owed DeOliveira $6,000.
The firearm was recovered months after the murder. The firearm was registered to Monore's father in Texas, but was given to him as a gift.
The judge did not let him out on bail.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
