Tucker, 20, of St. Albans, entered his residence with a handgun and pointed it at three occupants. According to the press release: "Tucker reportedly ordered the victim and her two friends out of the apartment, telling them to leave the property. While outside the victim was able to call police and Tucker fled the scene." On August 24th, Tucker turned himself in to the St. Albans Police Department. He is charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault and one count of First Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault. Daniel Tucker appeared in court on 8/25/2015, but I cannot find a verdict. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
