Details: 30-year-old Ryan Bacon was arrested for the fatal shooting of 68-year-old Lou Ron Schneider with a rifle retreived from his truck Sunday night. Schneider was the longtime boyfriend of Bacon's mother. Ryan Bacon was initially charged with first-degree murder but Bacon pleaded not guilty Tuesday to an amended charge of second-degree murder and a new charge of manslaughter. NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
