Details: Robert C. Webster, 33, of Bennington, was ordered held without bail for alegedly threatening a Green Mountain Power employee with a firearm.
Webster pleaded not guilty on 1/22/16 in Vermont Superior Court to a felony count of aggravated assault (threatening with a deadly weapon).
The dispute was over a shut-off notice from the power company.
Police are investigating, but did not find the fired round.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
