Details: Robert C. Webster, 33, of Bennington, was ordered held without bail for alegedly threatening a Green Mountain Power employee with a firearm. Webster pleaded not guilty on 1/22/16 in Vermont Superior Court to a felony count of aggravated assault (threatening with a deadly weapon). The dispute was over a shut-off notice from the power company. Police are investigating, but did not find the fired round. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
