Details: 20 year old Amrou Mohamed was arrested for accidentally firing a bullet into a neighbor's apartment. Neighbor's indicate that the police are called to Mohadmed's home often for noise complaints. No one was hurt.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
