Details: A man accused of stabbing another man in Keene was arrested in Chester. Chester Police state as they were attempting to arrest the suspect, Osvaldo Dejesus, 30, of Hinsdale, New Hampshire, he tried to flee the scene. During the struggle, Dejesus attempted to disarm an officer. Chester Police also recovered cocaine and was recently convicted of heroin trafficking in Vermont and a felony assault charge in New Hampshire. Osvaldo DeJesus pleaded guilty to first-degree assault for stabbing Brandon Doty on May 24, 2016. Doty suffered multiple lacerations to the head, face, torso, arm and hand from the stabbing and has almost fully recovered. DeJesus told his wife, Alysha DeJesus, that he stabbed Doty because the man was having an affair with her, Dejesus received a total of five years in prison on both charges in Vermont and 5 to 10 in NH. Unfortunately, DeJesus will be eligible for parole quickly in NH. DeJesus will serve most of his time behind bars in Vermont. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
