| Details: On 8/4/2016, Richard Yu was arrested for threatening his fiance with a 9mm handgun, but the charge has since been dismissed. St. J police refused to return his collection of firearms after the charges were dropped because of suspected drug use. A judge confirmed they must return his firearms. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
