Details: Burlington roomates have an argument, and David Williams, 33 of Burlington, fired a handgun into the ground. No one was hurt in the incident. Williams was aparently, "drinking all day" according to his roomate that was moving out.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
