Details: Andrew Hildbrand was charged with two felony charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and two misdemeanor reckless endangerment charges, during an argument over a relationship with his wife and another woman. The woman's brother-in-law approached Hildbrand and he pulled the gun because he felt threatened.
Hildbrand was acquitted of all four charges by jury trial in May 2021.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
