Details: Andrew Hildbrand was charged with two felony charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and two misdemeanor reckless endangerment charges, during an argument over a relationship with his wife and another woman. The woman's brother-in-law approached Hildbrand and he pulled the gun because he felt threatened. Hildbrand was acquitted of all four charges by jury trial in May 2021. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
