Details: Fair Haven resident, Ryan Lowell was badly beaten with a crowbar and a wooden hammer handle during a home invasion on the morning of November 28. Police say Jonathan Testa and Dylan Czarnecki stole a safe and a .40 caliber Taurus PT-140 handgun from Lowell’s apartment.
This .40 caliber pistol was used in the accidental shooting of Daniel Hein in Poultney a few weeks later. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
