Details: On 1/24/17, a man returned home to find a pit-bull-lab dog in his back yard.
This animal has a history of two police reports of being aggressive.
The homeowner tried to scare the dog away with a warniong shot and that didn't work and the dog became agressive. He shot the dog in the leg. The dog will recover.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
