SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 2/20/2017, at approximately 1818 hours Trooper Tarricone, Trooper Pecuch, and I responded to a call of two males fighting. Upon our arrival we spoke with all the parties involved. Investigation revealed that during the altercation, Daum (25) grabbed a rifle and attempted to assault Donaghy with it. Daum was arrested and lodged for aggravated assault with a weapon. Donaghy was cited for simple assault and unlawful mischief after it was determined he smashed the windows out of Daum's vehicle and assaulted him.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
