Details: Sunday afternoon, an unnamed citizen told an officer there was a cat acting like it was rabid near the railroad tracks. The officer stated he verified the cat was exhibiting rabid behavior and dispatched the animal with his firearm. A citizen complained about the conduct of the officer that responded (not sure if it was the SAME citizen), so the Brattleboro police department is now investigating to make sure department procedures were followed. Brattleboro has gone off the deep end. Call the police, then bitch when they resolve a dangerous issue. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
