VIOLATION: Use of Firearm while selling or dispensing Heroin, Trafficking Heroin, Possession of Heroin greater than 2.5 grams.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:On May 2, 2017 members of the Vermont State Police Uniform Division, Bureau of Criminal investigation and the Southern Vermont Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on a residence located on Horace Road in the Town of Manchester.During the search police located approximately 150 bags of Heroin as well as cash and firearms.
Ryan Jenks, age 28, of Manchester was present at the time the warrant was executed.Jenks was arrested and charged with Trafficking Heroin, Possession of Heroin greater than 2.5 grams and Use of firearm while selling or dispensing Heroin.
The State Police were assisted by officers from the Manchester Police Department.
