Details: Bristol police arrested resident Darren Austin, 36, on July 22 for second-degree aggravated domestic assault, being a violent criminal in possession of a firearm. He was served an abuse prevention order and assigned conditions of release. While incarcerated on July 23, Austin immediately violated the court order by placing a collect telephone call to the person named in the order. On July 24, Bristol police cited Austin on additional charges of violating an abuse prevention order and violating conditions of release. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
