Details: August 4, 2017 Derby "Barracks Criminal Threatening VSP Press Release-Incident CASE#:17A503140 DATE/TIME:8/3/17 @ 2210 hour INCIDENT LOCATION: Circle K,Barton VIOLATION: Criminal Threatening ACCUSED: James Marcy AGE:56 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:Barton,VT SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:On 8/4/17 at 0844 hours the manager at the Circle K in Barton called to report a threatening phone call by an employee, James Marcy. Marcy had stated that he was going to go to the store and shoot everyone. Marcy was arrested on 8/4/17 for Criminal Threatening and brought before the Judge at which time he was released on conditions to stay away from the store and the employees.
