Details: On Friday, 8/11/17, Rutland Regional Medical Center was put on lockdown for 40 minutes after a man called and threatened to “shoot up” the E.R. facility. No one was injured and Paul Rice Sr., 60, of Rutland was arrested. Police Rice does not possess any firearms. Rice was charged with the following three offenses: causing a false public alarm, disorderly conduct through the phone and impeding police. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
