Details: August 23, 2017 Middlesex Barracks / Reckless Endangerment VSP Press Release-Incident PRESS RELEASE CASE#: 17A303475 DATE/TIME: 08/23/2017 / 1100 INCIDENT LOCATION: Lambert Rd, Washington Vermont VIOLATION: Reckless Endangerment ACCUSED: Percy Smith AGE: 80 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Washington Vermont SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 8/23/2017, Troopers were advised of a neighbor dispute occurring in the area of Lambert Road in Washington Vermont. Troopers responded to the area and the subsequent investigation revealed Percy Smith pointed a firearm at his neighbor's residence which was occupied at the time by multiple residents. Smith was issued a citation for Reckless Endangerment and is scheduled to appear in Orange County Court on August 24th 2017. COURT ACTION: YES COURT DATE/TIME: 8/24/2017 1230 COURT: Orange
