Details: Brian Moore, of Leicester, shot and killed two skunks over 2 days, Aug 24 and 26, that were acting aggressive and chasing his dog at his Ferson Road home. One of the skunks was tested by the Vermont Department of Health and confirmed rabid.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
