Details: September 28, 2017 Rutland Barracks/ Reckless Endangerment VERMONT STATE POLICE PRESS RELEASE CASE#: 17B404997 DATE/TIME: September 21, 2017 LOCATION: Rutland VIOLATION: Reckless Endangerment ACCUSED: Robert Bryant AGE: 58 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Mt Holly, VT SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On September 21, 2017, Troopers responded to a threatening complaint in Mt. Holly. Through investigation it was learned, Bryant and the victim had gotten into a verbal altercation, at which point the victim stated that Bryant pointed a firearm at him and threatened him. Bryant was located at a later time by Troopers, and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Rutland Criminal Division. |
