Details: A man and 6 year old daughter staying with Douglas Parker, 66, of Rutland were allegedly threatened with a 12 guage shotgun while Parker was drinking heavily. Parker was in court on 10/10/17 and pleaded not guilty to a single felony charge of "first-degree aggravated domestic assault with a weapon." He was released on bail with conditions. |
