Details: Zachary C. Merriam, 21, was arrested on a felony charge of first-degree aggravated domestic assault with a weapon after an argument with his mother over deer meat. Merriam reportedly beat his mother with the butt of his 30-30 hunting rifle, but never tried to shoot her. Police photographed the bruises her back. Merriam pled not guilty to the felony charge.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
