Details: Zachary C. Merriam, 21, was arrested on a felony charge of first-degree aggravated domestic assault with a weapon after an argument with his mother over deer meat. Merriam reportedly beat his mother with the butt of his 30-30 hunting rifle, but never tried to shoot her. Police photographed the bruises her back. Merriam pled not guilty to the felony charge. |
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it. |
