Details: On 12/1/17, 3 men poached a fawn out of season. When they went to recover it 3 hours later, they were apprehended by law enforcement. At that time, Andrew Duprey, 23, and Thomas Parah, 23, fingered Francis Cross, 67, as the shooter. ALL 3 men live in St. Albans.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
