CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Pittsford, Vermont
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 14, 2017 Troopers from the Vermont State Police, Rutland Barracks responded to Rutland Town for a reported road rage incident . During the course of the investigation Troopers determined that John Hart (22), committed an aggravated assault after he brandished a firearm during a verbal altercation. Hart was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Rutland for processing. Hart was released on a citation to appear at the Rutland Superior Court Criminal Division on 12/15/2017. |
