VICTIM: (The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.) AGE: Juveniles
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 01/08/2018 at approximately 1700 hours, Vermont State Police were notified of a suspicous incident that had occurred on 01/05/2018 in to 01/06/2018 on Little Hollow Road in the Town of Rochester, VT (Windsor County). Investigation revealed that three juveniles had come forward and reported that they were held at gunpoint at a residence by Stephen Kondi. Based upon evidence collected, Kondi was arrested, processed at the Royalton Barracks, and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility on $12,000 bail.
NO law will prevent crime. No law will stop criminals from getting guns. Gun Control only effects the law-abiding citizen and the politicians know it.
